"Thats a Wrap"

What a crazy week!  Between practices for piano, dance, t-ball, working concessions, setting up thrift sale T-ball games, pictures, runnng the thrift sale, taking down the thrift sale and Makyah's dance finale, I can't believe we survived!  We did though, and all the hard work paid off.  Thursday and Friday we had our annual thrift sale at the Bergs.  We had soooo much stuff and soooo many people came that if felt like I ran a marathon!  However it was very successful and I can already see a vacation in the future from all the profit...or maybe paying off bills:(

Here are a few pics of the start of the sale!

Cambree did not know how many things of hers were actually in the sale...but how could you hide all of these animals from her?  I guess she jumped in to say her goodbyes!

Makyah had her big dance finale for Danze Kraze on Saturday, and she did so good!  She was even chosen to perform a duet with a friend.  I was a very proud mom to see how far she has come and her love for dancing and performing! It is so much fun to live your childhood all over through your children.

Here they are waiting for their turn!

Here they are performing in dress rehearsal!  They did great, especially for the fact that they only had a few weeks to make the routine! (Thanks for your help Brookie)

She also performed with her team in pom...

and funk!  (My favorite!)

Lots of friends and family came to watch, like her friends Shelby and Kate, and her Cousin Paisley, Aunt Brookie and Carolyn and Grandma Bonnie! Thanks for coming, it meant a lot to Makyah!

Her sister managed to see her last dance along with Dad, since T-ball ended up getting cancelled!
 Her duet partner, Allyson!

 Her dance teacher, Alicia!

Cambree has started T-ball.  I have yet to see a game, as I had to work concessions the first game!  Here she is in her new outfit! Looking this cute, she is bound to be a star!

Well that ended our weekend.  Thrift sale and dance a wrap...lots more T-ball to come!  Stay tunned and have a great week!  Love, The Lokkens
