Yeah I know a day late and a dollar short but never less here:) I have been busy, having fun with the kids that is! This week we had the norm, piano, dance and me working late, but I did get our Christmas cards and b-day invitations ordered! The kids are counting down the days until we decorate and put up the Christmas tree. Well it was fun to get some snow, for the kids anyway, but we didn't really get a chance to play in it. We headed over to the cities for cousin Payton's birthday on Saturday but stopped into the Mall Of America first. The kids rode a few rides and we did some window shopping for Christmas ideas. Of course Makyah loved the American Girl store and Cams would have took anything with Sponge Bob on it. The roads on the way over were so bad, as it was colder as we headed into the cities. They got a lot more snow than us and cars were in the ditch everywhere! It was much better on the way home after the plows had been out! Payton's party was fun for the kids. It was at an indoor playground and they had fun on all the slide and in the tunnels. On Sunday we did lots of cleaning and organizing. The girls love to organize and they helped with their books. I have a Family Organization class that I am teaching on Thursday, so it is give us inspiration to get more organized before the holidays! Well that is the week in a nutshell. More fun to come this week and I'm sure more asking when we get to decorate! Have a great week! Love, The Lokkens
Yes they brought out lots of stuffed animals and blankets and were scuba diving in them???
Organizing our books! ( Not sure why they chose the stairs to do it.)
Playing at Payton's party.
Payton gets cake! Happy first B-day Payton!
Cambree's unique way of brushing her teeth. Her toothbrush has a suction cup on the end, so she was using the "no hands" technique!
